The Role

As a HR Intern you will be reporting to the People Lead and will be working as a part of the local People Team in Bremen. You will be involved in a wide variety of Human Resources related support tasks within the job function. Helping with different aspects of day-to-day work from assisting employee queries through supporting large scale projects like:

Change Management
People Processes
Time and Attendance
Learning & Development
Support in Labor Law

Along with the confidence to tr y new and challenging experiences, you must be enthusiastic about learning and eager to develop, whilst creating moments of joy.

Qualifications

Studying towards or finished Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Studies, Economics or Law
First working steps, preferably through internships in HR
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Fast learner and team player
Fluent in German and English essential
Proficient in MS Office

Salary : 2130 EUR gross monthly
