Global Expert FMEA in Fürstenfeldbruck bei thermowave

Your main task in this newly created position will be to implement and further develop the topic of FMEA in our company. You will build up the topic from scratch, with all its advantages and disadvantages. You will be responsible for the large area of special production (little series production) and create a lot of basic FMEA.

Your tasks:

• Main Focus FMEA
  
  • create and improve standards
  • Standardizing of FMEA variances
  • FMEA-Moderation of Projects
• Main focus global Expert/Leadership
  • Promoting the new approach (FMEA implementation)
  • Training of the method and the defined procedure for the moderators
  • Feedback to management on project status

Your skills:

• Bachelor or Master degree technical or business studies
• Profound professional experience as FMEA Specialist
• Education and training in the area of quality management, e.g. quality representative, internal auditor, quality manager, process management, supplier management, advance quality planning
• Project Manager skills with a Entrepreneurs’ mindset
• Technical product knowledge in refrigeration/cooling or electrical/controls appreciated
• Knowledge of Sig Sigma, Lean Management and Management systems (for example: 9001, 14001, 45001 standards)
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
