The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Student Support Officer to join our Team, and provide daily support to our student body on a wide range of issues.
You will be the first point of contact, communicating with students in person, via phone, email, live chat and messenger, listening to a range of customer service issues and offering unique and innovative solutions to each problem. You will aim to go ‘above and beyond’ to deliver an exceptional service recognising that a personal, friendly, approachable interaction is always expected.
About You:
We would like to hear from applicants who have a passion for outstanding customer service and aim to go ‘above and beyond’ to ensure our students receive this. You will be professional yet personal, friendly and above all approachable. Your communication skills and understanding of student needs will be vital in this role, particularly your ability to articulate key information in easily accessible ways. You will need to have experience of working in a customer-facing capacity, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds.
