How to contribute to our vision
- Complete assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kind.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate and establish all travel arrangements and reconcile travel and expense reports.
- Answer, screen, and place phone calls, and manage in- and outbound correspondence / e-mails
- Monitor all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
- Assist in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
- Plan, coordinate and execute conferences and presentations and send the relevant meeting’s details to all participants.
- Prepare the agenda for various presentations and workshops.
- Internal creation and execution of the ordering process.
- Take over of calendar planning (e.g. meetings, travel plans etc.).
- Take care of the communication within the North, East, Central Europe and the Middle East region (e.g. monthly communication to the team).
- Organizing and coordinating various internal and external workshops.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- You have relevant experience from a similar position in a comparable business environment.
- As a person you are self-driven and persistent while also being open and communicative
- You are able to act independently.
- You have a very good stakeholder management experience.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is a must (Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word), knowledge of Concur and Ariba would represent an advantage; additional IT skills would be an advantage.
- You are fluent in English and in German, both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish or Danish would be an added advantage.
- You are proactive, agile, quick in execution and have a solution thinking oriented mindset
- You are always eager to learn and to improve yourself.
