Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Transformation Partner (Warranty and Quality). This role will primarily focus on leveraging digital technologies and data analytics to drive quality improvement initiatives and enhance warranty processes. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders and departments to deploy digital solutions, analyze warranty data, and support the overall transformation of our organization.

We want you to:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful deployment of Over-The-Air (OTA) vehicle SW updates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with market’s and other partners to facilitate seamless OTA integration and support.
• Manage the Vehicle Off Road (VOR) monitoring, contribute to its improvement and efficient handling, ensuring the critical issues are identified and tracked
• Provide support to stakeholders involved in the VOR monitoring, including coordination with relevant departments and effective communication of program updates.
• Review the data used by the department for an efficiency gains, utilize efficient and advanced data analytics techniques to analyze field data across various areas, including product, quality, and warranty.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive warranty labor rate survey to benchmark labor costs across different countries.
• Prepare a concept of data collection, analysis and reporting with options to utilize latest AI techniques for a potential deployment with 3rd party supplier
• Serve as a central point of contact for Hyundai Motor Company (HMC), facilitating effective communication and collaboration between HMC and internal stakeholders.

You would also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics).
• Strong experience in digital transformation projects, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in data analytics tools and techniques, with expertise in analyzing large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of warranty and quality processes in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
