Team mission

We are seeking a detail-oriented Creative Project Manager with a strong foundation in performance marketing to oversee our creative production process. This role is crucial in our creative operations team, where you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end creative production for performance marketing projects. The ideal candidate will support our Creative Studio by efficiently coordinating, and delivering creative assets that align with various funnel stages, from awareness to conversion.

Your responsibilities will include scoping, managing, and delivering quarterly creative projects, ensuring they meet both our strategic goals and performance marketing objectives. You'll oversee the creative production workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets. This role requires close collaboration with the creative team and effective management of stakeholder expectations, all while applying your performance marketing insights to optimize the production process and project outcomes.

You will:

• Along with Operations and Design lead, scope and define quarterly projects for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and performance targets.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. Facilitate seamless communication between teams (in-house and freelance) to align on vision and execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Creative team and Performance Marketing stakeholders, orchestrating effective communication on project prioritization, production timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Proactively manage cross-departmental expectations to ensure alignment and optimize project outcomes.
• Proactively research and implement technical solutions to support scalability and automation of production for performance marketing channels. This includes overseeing the use and integration of software tools and digital platforms to streamline creative workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Take on and efficiently manage ad-hoc projects, ensuring these projects align with the overall strategic goals of the company and are executed to the highest standards.

Who you are

• You are based in Berlin or are willing to relocate. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in-person interaction in our office a minimum of 3 days per week.
• 4-6 years of experience in project management within a creative or marketing environment.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira) with basic knowledge of Figma for collaboration with the creative team.
• You have experience with analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and insights.
• Have a demonstrated track record of managing performance marketing workstreams and creative production processes, with a solid understanding of various performance marketing channels and strategies.
• You possess excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• You have expertise in agile planning and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
