What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford Data Technologist, your worksite will be at the Special Operations Command – Africa headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, for the entire period of performance. Data Technologist will develop data frameworks for the movement and processing of structured and unstructured data, evaluate the utility of new datasets, and identify the emerging technologies and platforms to better enable productivity.
More About this Role:
- Conducts research on both industry and government data to determine the most efficient and cost-effective data acquisition pipelines and compiles DoD level products to inform decision makers on data and technology acquisition.
- Ingests, mines, and processes data to provide analytical insight.
- Conducts project management activities in support of the Project Manager through the development of project artifacts, requirements documentation, work breakdown structures, and the creation and tracking of ticketing for individual tasks.
- Conducts data mapping, mining, and transformation techniques to enable the analysis of existing and future data in support of the Technology Enabled Intelligence Analyst’s efforts.
- Develops coding scripts and modeled tools as required to expedite and enhance analysis associated with the team’s data.
- Coordinates with Combatant Command’s data science leadership to ensure alignment with policies and guidance.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Minimum of current Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
- More than ten years in the intelligence analysis and/or data analytics field.
- Working knowledge of DoD, DoS, and USAFRICOM policies
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Graduate degree in Data Analytics and/or Data Science
- Working knowledge of the missions of USAFRICOM, US Special Operations Command, and their corresponding components and sub-unified commands.
- Experience interacting with and briefing Flag and General Officers.
- Five (5) years of experience with DoD and DoS systems to support staff requirements
- Prior experience in direct support of the client
- Ability to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
- Experience with the Task Management Tool (TMT)
