• Collaborating closely with stakeholders in the process communication application area to understand business needs and translate them into requirements
• Analysing and documenting existing business processes, workflows and systems related to article lifecycle management
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending suitable solutions
• Participating in the design, development and implementation of new features and enhancements
• Conducting user acceptance tests and providing support during system implementation
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination between all business units and technical teams
• Staying informed about industry trends and best practices, as well as sharing knowledge with the team
• Actively contributing to an agile development environment, using frameworks such as Scrum

Your Profile

• Profound experience as a business analyst in the retail industry, particularly in article lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to managing multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• German language skills are beneficial
