Our clients are respected international IP law firms that use our data and analytics to support their strategic decisions and business development activities.

To complement our team, we are looking for a

Chief Operating Officer (COO) (d/f/m)

Scope: 100 %

You are an expert in operating and scaling SaaS businesses? Then you are exactly right with us: You will manage the company’s day-to-day operations of a data-driven web application and be at the forefront of bringing IP Pilot to the next level.

Tasks

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the company (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
• Design and implement business strategies and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors
• Establish OKRs as a framework and manage its implementation and perpetuation

Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling SMEs, ideally in a B2B SaaS business
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication skills and unconditional will to succeed
• Diligent and prescient personality, self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Strongly focused on achieving effective outcomes
• Fluent in English, ideally also German
