Mercedes-Benz Group Services Berlin GmbH as Shared Service Center (SSC) is an innovative and dynamic company in the heart of Berlin. We provide a wide range of business and administrative services in the area of finance and HR services for the Mercedes-Benz Group. As a Shared Service Center, we enable the bundling of various administrative functions with the aim of using competencies efficiently and effectively and thus offering reliable service of the highest quality.

Graduates of the dual study program in Business Administration/Service Management work in challenging positions in many commercial areas of our company on the further development of our business and our processes.

In addition to the classic subjects of a business degree (basic modules in business administration, project management, economics, law, statistics, etc.), you will gain an understanding of specific topics in functional areas typical of the service sector.

The service-specific modules include:

• Fundamentals of Service
• Service Marketing, Service Design and Service Operations
• Project Management
• Digitization and eServices

In the advanced study program, students can choose from the following specializations (two out of four), among others:

• Services Marketing and Quality Management
• Finance and Accounting
• Human resources and organizational management
• Health Care Management

The teaching of selected subject content in English, accompanying language courses and the possibility of a semester abroad promote the international orientation and round off the range of qualifications.

In practice, you will become intensively acquainted with the area of Business Development, but will also complete assignments in other commercial areas such as Human Resources, Finance and Controlling Support. In addition, you can expand your skills through challenging project tasks.

• General or subject-linked university entrance qualification with good to very good grades, especially in mathematics, German and English

• Proven knowledge of English at level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Distinct independent working style and logical-analytical thinking skills
• Commitment and creativity
