As a Working Student in our Agility team at Temedica, you will be a crucial part of our product development process. As part of the Agility team, you ensure the quality and efficiency of the Mobile Apps- and Permea development process by removing obstacles and impediments and supporting a smooth collaboration between different crucial engineering- and product stakeholders from our cross-functional teams.
- You enable our product teams to deliver valuable products at speed together with our Agile Coaches and Scrum masters, both for our mobile patient companion apps and our data insights platform Permea.
- You configure and leverage tools like Jira and Confluence to drive and ensure the efficiency of our software development practice.
- You create and update our Engineering KPI reports, gathering information from Jira and the different cross-functional teams to bring in transparency and actionable data.
- You help to prepare, conduct and follow-up on scrum ceremonies and workshops.
- You have the opportunity to shadow our coaches in their work and take over responsibility for preparing and conducting scrum ceremonies or smaller workshops.
- You are currently enrolled in a course of study in Germany - ideally Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar.
- You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
- You have a previous working experience in software development or product teams and have a good understanding of agile software development methodologies.
- You are interested in people, teams and organizations and how they interact together.
- You are proactive in offering your help and also in asking for help when needed.
