Join our vibrant team as a Logistics Operations Associate and play a pivotal role in streamlining our supply chain operations. This role is central to ensuring our products are efficiently moved from global suppliers to our warehouse, maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet sales demands. You'll be at the forefront of orchestrating warehouse and order fulfillment processes, leveraging system integrations, and analytics to enhance efficiency. As a key connector among our 3PL partners, your efforts in negotiation, relationship building, and solution innovation will drive our operations forward.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory accuracy, categorization, and shelf-life to ensure the optimal mix and quantity of products are available.
Stock Replenishment and Allocation: Strategize and execute stock replenishment and allocation plans to align inventory with demand across various locations.
Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Manage all inbound and outbound logistics activities, ensuring smooth operations during normal and peak periods while maintaining compliance with regulations.
Partnership Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact with warehouse providers, freight forwarders, shipping brokers, and internal teams to streamline operations and address challenges.
Collaborative Planning: Engage with brand partners for timely replenishment and effective freight cost management, accommodating diverse ordering processes.
Performance Analysis: Prepare and analyze daily and monthly performance reports, sharing insights and improvement recommendations with management.
System Integration and Support: Facilitate seamless integration and support between Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Cross-Functional Skills: Strong operational skills and ability to cooperate across levels and functions.
Negotiation and Relationship Management: Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of maintaining positive relationships with third-party logistics providers.
Adaptability: Agile and comfortable with ambiguity, capable of leading through change and uncertainty.
Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of import, order, and warehouse management practices, including proficiency with WMS and OMS systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask and resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.
Independent and Teamwork: Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic Thinking: Strategic and critical thinker with a focus on cost-orientation and efficient time management.
