As a member of the sustainability methodology team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our SAP Sustainability applications by evaluating sustainability regulations and voluntary standards and the implications for our customers. In this role you will work closely together with the Product Management team, contributing to the concept work required for the end-to-end implementations of ESG Disclosure, Carbon Management, and Circular Economy use-cases.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Sustainability/Environment Management, Business Management, or related studies.
• Computer skills: MS Office applications.
• Language skills: fluent in English.
• Soft skills: team player, eager to learn, expert in organizing complex topics, and solution oriented.
• Others: Natural interest in sustainability, business models and innovation.

Meet your team

The Sustainability Methodology Team is part of the Product Management organization for SAP Sustainability. Our objective is to enrich the customer voice represented by product management with a regulatory and audit voice to ensure our applications align with the quality and functionality required for the end-to-end coverage of sustainability use-cases.

In our daily business, we work closely together with product management, engineering, product marketing, and customer adoption teams to improve our sustainability solutions by conducting fit-gap analysis, drive concept work for new features and innovations, and developing a harmonized data model that spans across our sustainability applications.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
