What is the purpose of this Role?
Identify and win new Refferal and ISO Partnerships, predominantly and Point-of-Sales/POS in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). 100% focus on hunting.
1. Accountabilities for your role - what are you expected to do?
‘Hunting’ new of new Referral and ISO Partnerships, this includes:
Research of prospective Partnerships that fit into Elavon Europe’s Partner Strategy
(Cold) acquisition of Partnerships via physical (e.g. meetings, trade fairs) and non-physical approach (calling, video conferencing)
Negotiating Partnerships conditions, aligning the deal with key stakeholders and decision makers and signing the Partnership contract in alignment with Legal department
Executing Partnerships deals along the entire new sales cycle from first contact until GoLive
Usage of CRM tools to ensure forecasting and planning
Key contact for new Partners for all aspects until and incl. GoLive
Ensure smooth hand-over of won Partnerships to Partner Relationship Management

4. Qualifications Required to perform your Role? (experience, language, driving licence etc)
Commitment to focus on winning new (and not managing) Partnerships
Strong understanding of all products and services applicable at Point-of-Sales/POS (e.g. payments and ePOS/cash register environment)
Working experience and proven track record of hunting-related functions within financial organizations
A viable network within the payments and preferable POS ecosystem
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel frequently and preferably via company car within DACH region
Preferably leadership experience
Valid driving license (B)
German native speaker
English language skills, preferably business fluent
