Overview
This is a Reception-based role. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of front of house and be the first point of contact for all guests.
The role also encompasses administrative support to the Office Manager and the wider office.
Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Reception
- Visitor and meeting room management
- Switchboard, support with phone enquiries, manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assistance in keeping reception area, meeting rooms and kitchens clean and tidy; ensuring kitchen appliances are kept in good working order
Responsibilities : General Administration
- Organisation of incoming and outgoing post incl. courier bookings and general deliveries
- Keeping office stocked with stationery, food, drink and so on
- Keeping written information up to date, from placed orders to new processes
- Support with event planning, as required
- Liaise with the cleaning company if any issues arise
- Liaise with building management for any facility-related concerns
- Other tasks include (but are not limited to): administration of access cards, taxi and hotel bookings, ordering of business cards / Marketing items, managing car parking spaces and other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to use online resources for research
- Education: A-Levels / Abitur or equivalent; additional education is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong organisational skills
- Well-presented, professional demeanour and calm under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and a problem-solver
- Trustworthy, not only with confidential matters
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and reliably complete tasks
