Your Tasks

product management - Responsibility for managing and updating our product database, including price maintenance, product descriptions and images for online as well as offline.
activations - Planning and implementation of product campaigns. Increasing the internal visibility of the product & e-shop. Both include creative digital content creation.
customer communication - Responding to customer inquiries, such as providing information on products, orders and deliveries.
daily business Product Shop - Assist with traditional sales activities, such as cashiering, advising customers, reordering products, and stocking shelves.
daily business e-Shop - Helping to ensure efficient picking of online orders and supporting warehouse management.

Your Profile

Advanced studies in the field of business administration, logistics or marketing.
Duly matriculated during the entire working student activity
Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Organizational talent and ability to work in a structured manner
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure in order to actively support the day-to-day business of the Product & e-Shop
