in search engine marketing - 100% Homeoffice
You need a residence in Germany and a german work permit!

Your tasks
- Response to customers inquiries via phone, chat and e-mail
- Support of private or business customers via email and chat
- Acquisition and maintenance of customer data, master data and transaction data
- Clarification of customer inquiries, comprehensive advice to customers regarding the search engine marketing
Your profile
- Good English language skills in both speaking and writing (CEFR at least B2)
- Native skills in french language
- Service-oriented, patient and friendly manner
- Professional communication skills and accordant soft skills
- Affinity for technology, combined with an interest in various topics (telecommunications, IT, e-commerce, fashion and lifestyle)
- Solid PC skills (browser handling, MS Office)
- Sufficient typing skills
