Your engagement.

In your new role you are responsible for the profitable business development of our customer beyond organizational and business units mainly in the EMEA region
You are in charge of the development, exploitation and maximization of the global account penetration and profitable growth of the assigned Key Account
As part of a global account team you develop jointly a unified 3-5 years Key Account strategy based on the strategic goals of the Key Customer and market knowledge with the relevant Siemens organizations
You are accountable for the achievement of the defined Key Account business targets
Acting as an interface between the Key Customer and the Siemens organization, including the management of escalations, is also part of your responsibility
Furthermore, you will advise your customer on digitization solutions in manufacturing and standardization
You prepare customer contacts and you will establish a strong network on all strategically important hierarchical levels, including C-Level
To tailor current technologies, solutions and Siemens innovations effectively you understand customer’s needs
You drive business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Moreover, you collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and solutions
You stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights

Your profile.

A successfully completed technical or IT university degree is the basis of your professional career
Building on that, you can demonstrate extensive working experience (7+ years) in a direct sales / global account management function
In addition, you have a background in the Food & Beverage industry
Ideally, you are already certified in global account management, or you are eager to participate in a relevant certification program
You are motivated to use your consulting, conceptual and strategic skills to identify and implement additional business potential for us
You understand the business strategy of our customers and you are looking forward to shaping those further for a mutual benefit
Furthermore, you can easily adapt to different target groups, changing environments and circumstances
You further convince with a high level of intercultural competence, a confident demeanor and experience in leading, motivating and developing teams
Moreover, you have a high willingness to travel internationally and work in an international environment
