We are currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to CEO supporting all executive workstreams of the company (Working Student). This will involve comprehensive administrative support to our executive team but also include tasks around Investor Relations, supporting the preparation of the annual report as well as support with portfolio reporting and management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess exceptional communication skills, and be able to handle a wide range of tasks in a self-responsible manner.

Job description

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
• Manage and prioritize calendar activities, ensuring optimal use of time.
• Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Draft and proofread emails, correspondence, reports, and other publications
• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives
• Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a well-functioning office environment
• Assess and prioritize tasks to maximize executive productivity.
• Assist in special projects, research, and presentations as assigned

Requirements

• German native
• Must be pursuing a degree in a business administration field. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Demonstrated interest and understanding of decentralized blockchain technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with tact and professionalism
• Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to assist with various tasks
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently on workstreams and internal projects

The working hours for this position are adaptable to fit the candidate's academic commitments, ensuring a balance between work and study. This role is entirely remote, providing the flexibility to work from any location. We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
