What you are responsible for
- You support and work closely with the Data & Analytics team in the day-to-day business.
- You organize and administrate tasks in an international environment.
- You proactively manage and prioritize calendars of the senior management as well as organizational and stakeholder meetings, e.g. you organize and coordinate meetings, conference calls and video conferences
- You enable meetings and events, including regular and extraordinary team (building) events like offsites.
- You anticipate needs and make administrative decisions / requests for information on behalf of the managers based on understanding of team and business priorities.
- You maintain the relevant back-office processes & tools (e.g. purchasing & invoice verification, travel & expense management, time & activity recording, ordering hard- and software) as well as giving guidance and support to the teams in using them in a compliant way.
- You take care of the On-/Offboarding processes
What you are good at
- Completed commercial education or a comparable educational background and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong personal leadership, guidance and cross-team collaboration skills as well as exceptional attention to detail
- Effective organizational and time management skills to work independently, quickly and efficiently
- Quick learner, positive attitude, self-starter and highly self-motivated
- Able to manage expectations appropriately with team and stakeholders on all seniority levels
- Experienced user of the MS Office package, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word; Experience in SAP Concur is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English & German
