Responsible for key client portfolio ownership, and ownership of financial operations.

Currently we are searching for a Customer Experience Partner in our Hamburg or Bremen office.
You will be responsible for the following Tasks:
- Manages end-to-end SCM customer portfolio, with a core focus on transportation management and financial operations.
- Wide range of stakeholder’s management across GSC teams, operations and European customer stakeholder´s.
- Bring your experience and skillset to streamline the Financial operations process, ensuring consistent handling and improved techniques.
- Strong economic awareness & can identify root cause analysis and improvements.
We are looking for:
- Customer experience knowledge in logistic sector, financial acumen can be plus.
- Proactive approach & enjoys working with customers.Strong human relationship skills.
- Wide stakeholder management, cross regions.
- Streamline processes, identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously improvement mindset.
- Take ownership of the account portfolio.
- Good communication skills in English. German language can be a plus.
