Dispatch Staff in Norderstedt bei ACTIVE ANTENNA SYSTEMS AAS GMBH

We are looking for you to strengthen our team.

The aas.tech is a provider of transmission technology and communication systems with a focus on active and passive antennas, receiving and transmission technology. By innovative product developments we care for and enlarge our product portfolio.

The spectrum covers electrical and mechanical design, development, manufacturing, purchase, sale, project management, installation, commissioning, training, and services.
We orientate ourselves both at the needs of our customers and at new technologies and future market trends.
Innovative custom-designed development services in the areas of system-/ function-/ software development as well as applications of antenna and antenna distribution systems for different fields of application are in the focus.

Tasks

After familiarization, you will be responsible for all activities related to the dispatch of devices and other material. Shipments with a weight of approx. 10 kg to 15 kg should be handled alone.
You check and pack the material to be shipped, create the shipping documents in our EDP system and prepare the shipments for collection.
You register the pick-up with the carrier and track the shipment.
You manage the packaging and shipping material.
You carry out quality controls and quality-related documents.

Profil

• Good knowledge of the German language, spoken and written
• English language knowledge is an advantage
• Teamwork and communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, independent,
  efficient and conscientious way of working

We offer you a varied position with attractive working conditions.
The position is particularly suitable for marginal employment with working hours of around 7 to 10 hours per week.
