Legal Working Student in Berlin bei Jobs for Humanity

We are looking for a working student to support our legal team. Your role will involve tasks like managing contracts and reviewing agreements. You will work closely with other teams such as Sales, Partnerships, and IT. This position is based in Berlin (or remote in Germany), requires 20 hours per week, and is suitable for complementing your studies. You will gain valuable experience working in an international legal team.

• You will help draft and negotiate contracts with various customers and vendors, learning from our Legal Counsels.
• You will collaborate with and support teams including Legal, Marketing, IT, and Sales.
• You will assist with privacy compliance, ensuring necessary documentation and processes are in place.
• You will conduct research on new laws, regulations, and guidelines.

• You are currently studying law at a German university, with an interest in start-ups and technology.
• Having basic knowledge and experience in privacy and data protection and/or contract law is advantageous.
• Prior experience as a working student or intern in a legal department or start-up is a plus.
• You have a strong interest in technology and cloud services.
• You possess excellent administration skills, attention to detail, and a fast learning ability. Communication skills are also important.
• You work well in a team but can also work independently.
• You have excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
