You design, implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns in various channels with the help of an extensive budget.
To measure its success, you will build and optimize cross-system and cross-channel website and conversion tracking systems.
You use various analysis tools to derive conversion optimization measures for our website.
You look at the customer journey beyond the first conversion and play an active role in the further development of our marketing automation in order to deliver brand-hot leads to our sales department.
You will contribute to the development of an integrated data-based system to make marketing's contribution to the company's success more tangible.
You will also occasionally support the creation of content marketing content, SEO measures, event management and the creation of material for our sales colleagues.
You are familiar with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and GoogleAds as well as the interaction of these systems. Further experience with campaign managers, especially LinkedIn, is an advantage.
You have sound know-how in the performance marketing areas of SEA, paid social, email and display.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Ideally, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
