Your Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Vision: You define and articulate the long-term product strategy and vision for your product area, aligning it with the overall business goals and define product roadmaps that drive customer satisfaction and business success.
• Cross-functional Leadership: You collaborate closely with design and engineering teams. You provide guidance and support, resolve conflicts, and facilitate collaboration to ensure the product's timely and successful launch.
• Product Planning and Execution: You develop and maintain detailed product plans, including feature prioritization, release schedules, and resource allocation. You work with engineering teams to define technical requirements, scope projects, and track progress. You are responsible for driving the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Product Lifecycle Management: You oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement. You monitor and evaluate product performance, iterate on the product roadmap, and drive product success through effective launch and adoption strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: You engage with internal and stakeholders to provide updates on product strategies, roadmap progress, and business impact. You effectively communicate complex concepts and trade-offs, build consensus, and influence decision-making.

Your profile

• You have 6+ years of experience in product management of complex products in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• You have a solid understanding of financial systems, processes, and reporting requirements.
• You have a proven track record of successfully delivering finance-related products or features, ideally in a technology-driven environment. You are adept at managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing optimization.
• You have strong analytical skills and can use financial data and metrics to drive insights, make informed product decisions, and measure the success of their initiatives.
• You are able to conceptualize and create simple solutions from complex processes.
• You possess strong stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate and align with these cross-functional teams.
• You can inspire and influence teams, facilitate collaboration, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders. You possess excellent communication skills in German and English to articulate the product vision, gain support, and drive alignment with business objectives.
• A good understanding of regulations and compliance requirements is welcome.
