As a Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will collaborate with our internal/external customers to cultivate and sustain robust customer partnerships. Your role will involve gathering customer insights, identifying business opportunities, and engaging customers in the decision-making and solution development processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating, negotiating, and executing customer offers and orders.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Process spare parts requests, including revisions
- Evaluate Turbines history/condition and prepare technical quotations
- Determine necessary spare parts, clarify delivery times, and commercial conditions with specialist departments
- Plan and manage complex service projects in collaboration with internal and external partners and customers
- Conduct technical and price negotiations
- Prepare customer presentations
- Record orders and release them for execution
- Ensure adherence to contractual delivery dates through regular checks
- Be the single point of contact for our internal and external customers during inquiry and execution phase
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in using SFDC, SAP, and the MS Office suite
- Programming skills, specifically in VBA, C, or C# would be considered an advantage
- Fluent in both German and English (Proficiency in French is a plus)
