Internship HR Consulting – Product Management (f/m/d)
LOCATION: Bamberg, Germany
CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary, 6 months

WHAT WE OFFER

Full responsibility for project related tasks combined with a high level of autonomy
Involvement in global projects e.g. product launches, marketing, business modelling from day one

Insight into the development and implementation of product related materials (e.g case studies, role-plays, observation documents, training manuals, psychological tests)

WHAT WE EXPECT

Enrollment in a bachelor’s or, ideally, master’s program in Occupational Psychology, Economics and Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a similar course of study
Strong interest in working in a global team taking care of Product Management of Services in leadership development, executive assessment, and/or talent management
High level of motivation and engagement
Ability to work autonomously and willingness to take on responsibility
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English
Experience with research and conceptual work is a plus
