Enabling and managing academia-industry collaborations is a key focus of ours – bringing together the best of two worlds to co-create a better tomorrow. To master this endeavour, we are hiring a Junior Project Manager focusing on the coordination of our innovation projects in the scope of curricular integrations.

Tasks

In this role, your tasks will comprise the following:

• You will own and coordinate all project-related activities including business development
• You will take care of all relevant stakeholders such as your ekipa colleagues and representatives of academic institutions
• You will accompany innovators of collaborating academic institutions through their process from developing a first idea to a final, feasible and concrete solution to an innovation challenge
• You will accompany and work with established academic institutions and experienced professors, and you will equip them with new methods and perspectives guiding them into an innovative future

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the following attributes and skills are important:

• You have already or are about to complete your bachelor's degree
• You have a can-do attitude and pay great attention to detail to constantly detect and successfully pursue optimization opportunities
• You are passionate for using your creative freedom to proactively shape the department
• Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to inspire experienced professors and successfully lead innovation workshops
• You are skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• You are fluent in English and German
