• You will define an IT Security Management Concept for H-TEC
• You will define and implement Data Protection rules and information security classification
• You will advise, train and enable users in all business function in order to establish security awareness
• You will implement measures to monitor and control compliance with rules and regulations for data protection
• You will implement and monitor IT Security tools in collaboration with all internal IT functions
• You will be handling security incidents
• You will align measures with all other IT- and relevant Business functions (e.g. Legal and Group Data Protection within H-TEC and MAN ES/VW Group)
• You will be keeping yourself up-to-date with evolving technology and threats in the eco-system of H-TEC

• You have successfully completed studies in computer science or comparable qualification
• You already have practical experience in IT security processes and tools (security monitoring, endpoint protection, network security)
• You have knowledge of ISO 27000 series and other best practices (KRITIS knowledge is nice to have)
• You have deep knowledge of a specific field e.g., security in software development or penetration testing is a plus
• Your English is very good, both written and spoken, German at least level B2
• You have a hands-on mentality and like to make a difference
