• Coordination and tracking of tasks for Validation and maintenance of the mailbox

• Initial review and assessment of CSV related requests / documents
• Coordination and Follow-up on CSV related processes (e.g. periodic reviews, maintenance of inventory lists)
• Participation in the creation and GxP-compliant management of SOPs and other procedural documents in the area of Validation of Computerized Systems
• Processing of changes, deviations and CAPA measures

• Degree in life sciences, pharmacy or equivalent (university degree or medical profession).
• Completed relevant university education & broad and/or deep, specialized, task-specific expertise and skills
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Expertise and practical experience within Quality Assurance, ideally particularly in the field of CSV
• Knowledge of relevant / applicable guidelines, rules, and regulations
• Good knowledge in German and English (written and spoken)
• Highly flexible, pragmatic and supportive way of working
• Ability to work within a team and in interdisciplinary teams
