Your Role

This role sits within CHR | People & Organization Development. This global department covers the following Functions: Learning, Leadership, Talent, Performance and Culture.
This role comprises a hybrid of: lead accountability for development of global concepts, frameworks, and guidelines; hands-on responsibility for projects and programs that further the implementation and embedding of key People Development processes; change management support for (business) implementation of global People Development concepts and frameworks
Development of concepts and frameworks for Performance, Talent, and Succession Management for the ZEISS Group.
Further develop concepts in the field of Skill and Competency management for the ZEISS Group
Contribute to the establishment of an integrated ZEISS talent and leadership development solutions portfolio comprising of the Core ‘Flagship’ Curriculum, Targeted Programs, and In-Role support.
(Co-)responsible for the digital translation of global processes to the HR platform
Support building up the Talent Office
Plan and conduct workshops or other dialogue formats

Your Profile

Master’s degree and relevant working qualifications/accreditations (e.g. in Behavioral Sciences, (Occupational) Psychology, Leadership Development, Human resources or similar).
Minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience with a focus on human resources and, ideally, experience abroad
Proven track record in creation of business-oriented, global concepts and their implementation
Highly skilled in managing projects independently including navigating complex stakeholder map and change management.
Proficiency in adult learning principles and designing blended (70-20-10) learning experiences.
Natural integrator
Strong analytical skills combined with ‘can-do’ – mentality. Driven by high focus on results, assertiveness, and pragmatism
Business fluency in written and spoken English
