In our programs department, we are looking for a
Student Assistant – Program Planning (m/f/x, 20 hours/week, € 13.00/hour)

This position supports the Program Planners, who work in a centralized program operations function. The Program Planners provide planning and scheduling of the different programs. The main stakeholders are the faculty and the program teams (Faculty Lead, Cluster Director, Program Manager). Doing so, they consider the requirements of the individual programs and produce adequate schedules based on that. The student assistant will support the Program Planners with communication, documentation and reporting of the schedules to relevant parts of the school.

You will

• Support the program planner with the organizational and administrative tasks
• Prepare and update datasets and records on various platforms and tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft suite, Sharepoint, Zoom)
• Maintain databases of current and past program info
• Carry out research on various topics
• Prepare and disseminate reports

You are qualified because you

• Are enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program at least until the end of December 2023
• Are fluent in English
• Possess excellent Excel skills and a logical mindset
• Value a well-structured, attentive approach to organization, time-, and office-management
• Are able to work independently
• Experience with eLearning platforms, and CRM systems (Salesforce) is desired
