As Application Engineer you will deliver a technical job program that maximizes our opportunity to meet the job objectives. You will work together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries. You will ensure all aspects and constraints of the application are understood and have been considered.
As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
Working with the assigned Service Delivery/Sales Team to understand the well construction or production objectives as well as the commercial terms
Collaborating together with all disciplines and stakeholders to ensure all aspects and constraints of the application and suggested products/ services
Designing job program, including risk mitigation plans and contingency plans, that can meet the client's objective and maximize revenue potential
Creating accurately document any calculations/simulations/ plan revision and/or changes during the project cycles for visibility to dependent teams and audit purposes
Comparing job as-planned versus job as-executed and document any lessons learned to ensure opportunity for continuous improvement
Providing on-demand support in accordance with product portfolio or on-call schedule for job execution
Participating in incident investigation when required, ensuring end to end process, from job planning, preparation, and execution is considered
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have completed Bachelor studies in Engineering
Have proven work experience in similar position and artificial lift or oil and gas industry knowledge
Have excellent leadership, deep interpersonal, influencing and planning skills.
Have the ability to manage, develop, coach and mentor teams across organizational bound
Have deep organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Have the ability to travel up to 20% domestic and international (typically travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meeting etc.)
Have deep analytical skills coupled with execution mindset and passion for applied software
Be a self starter and have good presentation and communication skills and fluent in English verbal and written
