Principal Tasks

• Installation and operational support of the Siebel Environments
• Deployments, troubleshooting and proactive analysis
• Active involvement of other parties within project across remote locations
• Problem and incident management activities
• Monitoring and capacity reports on the platform
• Taking crucial role in the operation support team
• Keeping architecture and system documentation up-to-date
• Maintaining knowledge base for known issues or procedures
• On-call support on a rotary basis

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Siebel 8 or higher (IP22) as an administrator (not as a

• Understanding of load balancing, HA concepts and system architecture
• Basic network knowledge (routing, firewalling, VPN)
• Experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL
• Batch scripting skills (Windows/Linux)
• Experience with setup of monitoring for applications
• Strong experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Excellent team player and communicator
