Siemens Smart Infrastructure (SI) contributes significantly to sustainability for customers and the planet. SI plays an essential role in the energy transition – renewables integration, energy efficiency and electrification are at our heart. SI is also driving circularity and puts people in the center – ensuring safety and well-being of millions of people living and working in built infrastructure.

The SI sustainability team reports to the Siemens SI CEO and to the Global Head of Sustainability of Siemens. The team is focused on our sustainability business, managing our own footprint as well as shaping and running processes for sustainability related reporting. All of the three focus areas are strongly interlinked and addressed “by the team as a team".

What you need to make real what matters.

• The base for your success is an excellent academic track record
• In addition you have at least 4 years of experience in industry-related sustainability
• You are comfortable in leading collaborators across multiple levels, including top management
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as a structured self-starter characterize you
• Multinational environments and virtual teams are a feel-good factor for you
