• Supporting the leadership of the kitchen department
• Assisting with the design and development of the menu
• Assisting with creating the kitchen staff schedules
• Ensuring smooth daily operations
• Placing and receiving orders
• Ensuring all employees adhere to HACCP standards
• Assisting with the maintenance of the inventory management system
• Preparing cold and hot dishes
• Morning shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Evening shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

In early 2024, we opened Jim & June - Cafe, Bar & Kitchen in the heart of Cologne's Kwartier Latäng. Our new concept is inspired by New York and its vibrant gastro scene. Anyone who's visited the Big Apple knows its sophisticated food spots that combine stylish ambiance with heartfelt service.

Jim & June brings American Casual to Cologne! With lots of love and creativity, we refreshingly reinterpret soul food classics – of course, vegetarians and vegans are also catered for.
