• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
• Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – German and other European languages are a plus
• Preferably first relevant work experience in (retail) marketing

• Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention initiatives for the European store portfolio through multichannel touchpoints
• Conceptualize and execute (primarily e-mail) marketing campaigns, maximizing membership conversion with a strong focus on Factory Outlet stores
• Own and refine in-store communication of PUMA’s membership program, including the digital subscription journey and production of POS material
• Control, maintain and optimize the existing CRM campaign setup along the customer lifecycle through benchmarking and staying up to date with industry trends
• Act as power user for CRM tools
• Analyze the existing CRM landscape, identify additional requirements and facilitate their implementation to ensure sustainable growth
• Work closely with the e-commerce CRM team to ensure maximum consistency
