Assignment Description

We are looking for a Master Data Management Specialist to join our Data Governance team and support our digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyse business requirements and processes related to master data management, data quality, data governance and data integration.
Design, develop and implement master data solution - using Profisee or other commonly used MDM tools.
Ensure data quality across different data domains and systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, data stewards and data custodians to define and maintain data standards, policies, and rules.
Reporting of relevant metrics.
Perform and support data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities.
Provide training and guidance to end users on master data management best practices and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in master data management, data quality, data governance and data integration projects
Strong knowledge of Profisee or other master data management tools
Experience or informed about how Master Data Management can align with Data Mesh principles and Data Product thinking.
Experience in oil and gas industry and familiarity with relevant data domains (e.g. equipment, materials, vendors, customers, etc.)
Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
