We are looking for an Accounting Assistant (f/m/d) to join the team of our partner label TELAMO. In this administrative role, you will act as an essential support for creative professionals in the music world. As an assistant in the area of licensing and accounting, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of the interrelationships from music production to royalty billing to the artists.

These exciting tasks await you

• Your tasks will include, among others, accounts payable preparation, contract administration, artist license billing support, and master data and repertoire maintenance
• Within the licensing department, you will familiarize yourself with the contents of artists' contracts and apply relevant sections for billing purposes
• In addition to the accounting duties, you will be responsible for preparing royalty statements in collaboration with the Licensing department.Y ou will also maintain close communication with management and the artists
• Ensuring accurate systems for repertoire data, rights, and billing parameters will also be part of your role
• Overall, you will provide administrative support to the label, thereby contributing to the success of well-known pop artists like Giovanni Zarella, Marianne Rosenberg, and the Amigos with their releases
