Vattenfall is looking for a Project Manager, Common Solutions in Transformation & Corporate IT

Our team, Common solutions, is responsible for common applications within Vattenfall IT landscape. IT4IT includes tools and solutions used by IT to provide the services towards business like IT Service Portal, BMC Helix.

Enterprise Content Management (ECM) contains document management solutions like SharePoint, Power Platform, Think Project and SER.

We have a complex, multi-project ecosystem where all requirements need to be taken into account for a holistic, stable and compliant solution delivery and managed keeping various stakeholder demands in mind.

What will you do?

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Being responsible for project management and execution of delivery in scope for ECM projects.
• Planning, organizing, coordinating and reporting on the execution of assigned projects and initiatives in compliance with the project guidelines and framework. You will be also managing the expectations of the stakeholders in such a way that the project objectives and results are achieved within the agreed quality standards, time plan and budgets.
• Managing implementation plan, risk and impacts on business processes.
• Using experience with SharePoint and Power Platform technology to focus on opportunities to improve through digitization and automation.
• Showing ownership and high quality standards of project delivery and deliverables
• Coordinating of interactions with different stakeholders, incl. business representatives, who often works in the role of project sponsor, IT Architect, IT Security and IT Operations.
• Ensuring that the best possible solution is designed and delivered considering the overall organizational perspective. You will also strive to find the most efficient solution by asking the right questions.

Location
Stockholm, Gliwice, Katowice, Amsterdam, Berlin or Hamburg.

The position will require some travel between Vattenfall locations.

Who are you?

As our Project Manager you will bring:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Executing and delivering in complex landscapes with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience with corporate solutions which involves broad stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking translating into execution.
• Language – fluent in English, any other Vattenfall language (Swedish, Dutch, German, Polish) is a plus.
• Experience as a medior project manager with complex projects done in SharePoint and Power Platform area preferred.
