Would you like to work alongside your studies and at the same time gain experience in sales? Then join our team with immediate effect/by arrangement for 20 hours per week at our location in Berlin or in Home Office as Working Student Sales Support (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

You support the sales team with multiple tasks to drive IU’s international growth
You carry out the timely examination of prior learning for possible recognition or credit
You actively take part in the recruitment of international students for our university
You provide sales-oriented study guidance and support throughout all stages of the application process
You advise our customers (e.g., via phone, email, social media)
You help to continuously optimize our sales process

Requirements

You are a registered student (m/f/d) at a German University and live in Germany
Your English language skills (written and spoken) are excellent; German and/or any other language is a plus
You provide good knowledge of MS-Office application
You are service-oriented, you have a seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
You are reliable and enjoy working independently, as well as in a team
You like to get involved in your work, are able to work under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility
