Social Media Assistant – Working Student in Berlin bei Planet Wild
Social Media Assistant – Working Student (d/f/m) in Berlin bei Planet Wild
We’re building Planet Wild – a global community of nature enthusiasts who want to fix the planet while others are still talking. How exactly? We support impactful nature restoration projects and create an ambitious nature protection YouTube channel to tell their stories.
Our community is growing, we get lots of questions and feedback, and we want to make sure that we are on top of the game. If Planet Wild was a person, we would be a friendly and approachable cousin, who is always up for a nature-related chat. We love nature – we admire its beauty but also appreciate the scientific side of things. While things are indeed complicated right now, we believe that it’s not too late to give nature a helping hand.
Many people share our vision and want to share their thoughts with us, give us some feedback or ask a question. And that’s where you come in!
Tasks
- You’ll be the main point of contact for our growing audience, managing all inquiries via our social media channels (YouTube, Instagram and TikTok).
- You’ll help us build and nurture the Planet Wild online community, through timely and friendly responses across all the channels.
- You’ll be the one to spot trends in the comments and pass your insights to the team – what does our audience care about the most? What does it like about our missions? What questions come up again and again?
- You’ll be part of our comms team and occasionally contribute to content creation.
- You’ll comment on related videos from other creators or contribute to thematic discussions on Reddit and other channels, depending on your interests and expertise.
