In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Customer Service Representative

Main activities

• Response to daily customer inquiries and provision of professional and accurate feedback
• Supporting existing customers via telephone or email
• Order processing whole cycle
• Daily payment control
• Order status tracking and informing customers (distributors) about status changes
• Customers complaints and goods returns follow up
• Preparing and keeping all sales relevant documentation (invoices, delivery notes, contracts, addendums)
• Control of discounts and prices
• Supporting customer inquiries and orders for TEOXANE products (Dermalfiller and Dermocosmetics) Preparing workshop and conference materials
• Data management, Files management
• Collaboration with all relevant departments
• Participate in meetings, projects and tests
• General office activities

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Attention to detail, structured way of thinking
• Fluent German, ideally also good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• A high degree of independence and organization
• Teamwork skills
• Friendly demeanor and a well-groomed appearance
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Customer Group: Doctors, pharmacies, cosmetic institutes, beauty clinics, medical practices etc.
