YOUR MISSION

Monitoring the shipment of goods from various production sites to arrival at the distribution center. Updating changes of purchase order information (confirmed shipment date, shipping status, estimated time of arrival of goods, cost price)
Management of delivery periodization process from port of arrival to distribution center
Coordination Of inbound process to the distribution center in close collaboration with Logistic team
Liaising with the Buying and Planning teams with updates on order placed and on order quantities
Pulling reports and analysis to support the buyers in carrying out seasonal buys

YOUR TALENT

Excellent attention to detail
knowledge in ERP systems (e.g SAP S/4HANA Microsoft 365/AX) is an advantage
Strong knowledge in Excel
Good team player
Fluent in English
Starting Date: 01.08.2023; Duration: 6-12 months
