Responsibilities:

Designing and supporting online components, such as remote workshops, focus groups, validation and feedback events, and learning webinars;
Contributing to and editing reports and other written outputs;
Supporting project and contract management, including contracting and coordination of non-staff consultants, invoices, and reporting;
Embedding environmental, social, and governance best practices in all operations;
Supporting the Principal Consultant in project management tasks, including: work planning, contracting, financial administration, knowledge management, monitoring, reporting and invoicing, keep relevant job data in job management systems up to date;
Supporting organizational learning and outreach activities, including internal learning events, public webinars and workshops, and the development of internal- and external-facing materials and resources;
Developing and updating training packages to meet national standards and policies based on the needs of industry;
Reaching out to experts and assessing whether they possess the knowledge that clients are seeking;
Conducting high-level research on companies and industries.

Qualifications:

Strong capability for up-skilling and reskilling, with a curious mind and desire to constantly learn and grow;
It is highly desirable to have knowledge in some of the following: Cloud (OpenStack,
Containers, Mobile Edge Computing), OSS/BSS applications, 5G (network slicing, orchestration, security, analytics), Device Management (eSIMs, IoT, customer care, etc.);
Strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful completion;
Excellent attention to detail;
Resilient and approachable with the ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast paced environment;
Excellent oral and written communication;
Ingenuity and strong problem-solving skills;
A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable and effective working in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Business, Computer Science,
Computer Information System or any equivalent degree;
3 - 5 years of professional experience in Operations, Management or related field;
Ability to communicate written and verbal English and German. Japanese is a plus.
