We are looking for an International HR Manager Global Retail (m/f/d) in full-time, at the location Berlin & hybrid.

The position of International HR Manager Global Retail will be based in our office in the Backfabrik.

Your mission
You will build the international HR management pillar for our continuously growing Retail business in close cooperation with the HRD and CCO. You will support the business in recruiting, developing and retaining high performing teams four our boutiques and establish a "best in class employee experience" for our Retail employees.
You will be the bridge between the headquarter and the local HR teams of the subsidaries to ensure the implementation of strategic goals and concepts worldwide. You will work closely with the HQ HR team, the Retail HQ team and the internal Lange Academy.
With your cross-functional view, you are already working today on solutions for the challenges of tomorrow.
The position reports to the HR Director with a dotted line to the CCO
Your challenges
Your responsibilities range from the development of strategic guidelines and concepts to the management of projects with internal and external partners:
- Creation of the global recruiting strategy, development of standards and roll-out in cooperation with the regional HR teams
- Definition and design of the employee journey for our retail employees worldwide and development of concepts for pre/onboarding, training and development, compensation systems, and retention programs.
- Responsible for global talent management, mobility programs and succession planning.
- Communication and monitoring of global policies and guidelines as well as support for the business during implementation.
- Observation of trends as well as benchmarking with competitors
- Presentation of strategy and concepts to senior management and at group level
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or comparable training
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a manager with a relevant share of tasks in the field of operative and strategic retail management or retail HR management in an internationally operating company
- Proven experience in managing projects in an international context
