As Warehouse perfomance Manager your responsibility is the supervision control of the activities in our warehouses. Intralogistics in connection with intelligent warehouse solutions is one of the fastest growing markets worldwide, and the trend is rising. All the more important is also the aspect of sustainability, which has the highest priority for us. With your know-how you are involved in international projects and bring our technology to the next level.
Your responsibility
- Control and oversee the daily activities/traffic of the warehouse including performance quality assurance for Inbounds, commissioning, packaging and outbound deliveries.
- Run KPI Reports on a daily/monthly/yearly base to be capable to control the activities
- Review workflow, staffing and space requirements, equipment layout, action plans and ensure productivity, quality and customer service standards are maintained
- Meet regularly with 3PL warehouse managers to review, analyse and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention
- Monitor the 3PL's compliance with Dematic's specified processes
- Review and approve invoices from external service providers
Your strengths:
- Completed commercial/technical training and several years of professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics
- Ability to work on own initiative within a team environment
- Knowledge in CI (Continuous Improvement) Activities
- Very good verbal and written expression skills
- Knowledge of SAP Module WM (Warehouse Man
- agement)
- Sound PC, MS Office knowledge (Advanced Excel Skills for Reporting)
- Health and Safety awareness
- First Aid Trained (Optional)
- Fluent German & English speaker
