Your Tasks

Supporting the Brand Managers in the creation of the international master artwork and in global projects
Coordination of the artwork process with countries, agency, and other core team members
Creation, maintenance and tracking of NARTs (order numbers) in MDW database
Regular and ad-hoc creation of reports from B.one
Maintenance of overviews & order plans, e.g., assortment overview
Leading the sales sample order & production process
Competition Monitoring and Analysis
Supporting the maintenance of PIM data in cooperation with the brand managers
Coordination of the Product in Use process
Steering of omnibus, compulsory and transfer projects within the IIM process (as active marketing role)

Your Profile

Completed commercial education and first professional experience
Ideally already first experiences with artwork creation
High motivation, very good organizational skills, excellent teamwork skills
Good analytical skills and negotiation skills
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Good communication skills
Reliability and high ability to organize yourself
