Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications with an interest in Human Resources.
Proven minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of digital media platforms and trends. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes is a plus.

Create compelling content (videos, graphics, written materials) that highlights our company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and resonance with the target audience.
Drive and execute production, photo & video shootings for Employer Branding consistent with our PUMA culture/tone.
Manage and expand our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc. Share relevant content, engage with followers, and participate in industry conversations to position PUMA as a top employer. Explore and recommend other channels that can boost our EB strategy.
Use analytics tools to measure the impact of employer branding initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and improve recruitment efforts.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to align employer branding efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
