Summary
For the Area "Airborne and Space Radar Q&V" we are looking for a "System Engineer Radar (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
The "Airborne and Space Radar Q&V" Area is responsible for the systems engineering support, integration, qualification and verification of airborne radar systems for flying platforms such as Detect and Avoid. Furthermore, the division supports systems engineering in the planning and design of future airborne radar systems. The tasks of the systems department are characterized by interdisciplinary approaches and close contact with internal and external customers and users as well as cooperation partners.
Your Tasks

Creation of system specifications and derivation of associated system test specifications

Participate in Detect and Avoid in the system design and architecture team

Analyze system requirements and break down to component level

Performing subsystem and system integration including necessary analysis

Assist in the preparation of required documents for flight certification
Your Profile
-
Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable
-
Several years of professional experience in a similar field of work
-
Experience in requirements engineering and systems engineering (Doors)

Experience with the technical simulation tool Matlab

Basic programming knowledge in C, C++

Knowledge in radar system design, signal processing and algorithms

Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, ability to work under pressure and confident appearance

Business fluent German and very good English skills
